    The story of the "Aged Mother"

              A short summary of "The Story of the Aged Mother" is: 

A degree was given by a wicked ruler to put to death all old people. A poor farmer took his aged mother up a mountain to obey the degree, but could not. He brought his mother down the mountain and hid her. The wicked ruler demanded that a twisted straw rope be made. It was the aged mother who told how to make the rope. The son told the governor the story and the degree was abolished.

There was once a king with three lovely maidens, but the youngest,Psyche was the fairest one of all, because of he fairest beauty,many people thought that she was a god.Her beauty spread the whole world and many people who once praised Aphrodite,the goddess of love and beauty praise psyche  more than aphrodite,
While aphrodite,who was so very angry of psyche because of jealousy,for all who was hers gone for someone who destined to die someday,
As ofcourse,when aphrodite needs help,she always run to her son eros,who popularly known as cupid,the god of love and sex, who is a handsome winged creature,
Aphrodite told cupid to make psyche fall inlove with the most ugliest creature living on earth,
Bit when cupid saw psyche,he knew he fell inlove with her,like he shot his own arrow to his heart,
Meanwhile,psyche's parents was terrified for their daughter who still doesnt married not like her other older sisters,So the king goes to Apollo,the god of all greek gods to ask for help,Apollo said,psyche will marry a winged creature,thay must let psyche wear a white dress and carry away to the mountain,
So as Apollo said,they dressed psyche and carry to the mountain,
Because of the cold breezing wind,psyche felt a sleep and woke up near a castle,
So she come in to the castle,no ones around,but only voices tha says the castle is for psyche and she must no be afraid,
When she slept on her bed,she felt her husband lay beside her, happily psyche was,

Ali Baba, a poor woodcutter was in the forest when he saw forty thieves stop in front of a cave.

Then ali discovered the code on how to pen the cave and before Ali Baba’s amazed eyes the sealed mouth of the cave magically opened and the men disappeared inside. To come out and close the entrance, and the cave sealed itself once more. Trembling with excitement Ali Baba waited till the thieves had left and then entered the cave after saying the magic words. To his delight he found lots of treasure.

Ali Baba told his brother Kasim about the wondrous cave. Kasim set off to get some treasure for himself too. Sadly, he forgot the words to leave the cave and the thieves got after him and killed himkilled him. Ali Baba discovered his brother’s body in the cave. With the help of a slave girl called Morgiana, he was able to take Kasim’s body back home and bury it.

Realising that someone else knew about their cave the thieves tracked Ali Baba down. The leader, disguised as an oil seller stayed with Ali Baba.he wants to hunt alibaba and kill him. He had brought along mules loaded with forty oil jars containing the other thieves.they was following alibaba. Then mustafa disguised as a costumer but morgiana killed him. Clever Morgiana knew who the oil seller really was and poured boiling oil into the jars killing the other thieves. While dancing in front of the leader of the thieves Morgiana stabbed him. Ali Baba was saved and lived happily ever after. Then they became the richest persons on the village.                               

The Wonderful Pear Tree summary

  "The Wonderful Pear Tree" summary:

                        

                     Once upon a time, a country-man came into the town on market day, and brought a load of very special pears with him to sell. While he was crying up hi fruit, a poor old, ragged, hungry-looking priest stopped just in front of the barrow and very humbly begged him to give one of the pears. But the countryman refused. The countryman has hundreds of pears but the priest only asks for one and he didn’t give any. The constable of the market pulled some cash out of his purse, bought a pear and gave it to the priest. 

              For he was afraid that the noise would come to the ears of the mandarin. The old priest took the pear with a low bow. He has no home, no family, and no food because he gave up everything to become a priest. He can’t take it how people can be so selfish to refuse to five him one single pear. He ate the pear given by the constable, only leaving single pip. 

        Then he took a pick, dug a deep hole in the ground, and planted the pip. He then asked for hot water to pour on the pip. While he was pouring they saw first as tiny green sprout, then one leaf uncurled, and the shoots kept growing taller and taller; then there stood before them a young tree with a few branches and a few leaves; and ripe,, huge sweet-smelling pear. The priests face shone with pleasure, and the crowd roared with delight when he picked the pears.  

      Then the priest took the pick again, hacked at the tree until it fell with a crash .All the time has been going on, the countryman quite forgetting his barrow. When the old priest has gone and the crowd was getting thin, he turned to see his barrow and saw with horror that it was empty. 

  In a moment he understood what happened. The pears the old priest had been so generous in giving away were the countryman’s.                                      

The tale of hunchback summary

  " The tale of hunchback" summary:

Once upon a time on the city of basrah. There was a hunchback who entertains people and makes them laugh. One night he spends dinner on the tailors house . While eating     he keeps telling jokes that nakes the couple laugh. While laughing, he eats, then suddenly he choked up by the food that stucked on his throat. Tendency of his suffocation. Then the couple refrain from laughing then call him. They  got scared when the hunchback didnt response on their call. They think its one of his jokes but its true. The hunchback was dead. Beacause of  fear they to bring him to the doctor. They leave them there. 

When the doctor came out he tripped on the hunchback's body and they rolled down on stairs until they reach the ground. The doctor examine the hunchback.

 But he was shocked knowing that he is dead. Because of fear once again he called his assistant. And told her to help him abandon the hunchback's body  from their place. 

So that they will not be accused. He and his assistant bring his  body to their chinese neighbor.

Theh dropped the body down from the chimney. The neighbor was shocked then kick the hunchback's  body  accusing he was thief but he realized that the body was dead he also accuse himself for killing. He then plan to take his body away from his house. He place the hunchback's body on the hallway where its dark.  A drunk man walk through the way and get shocked when the hunchback's body gone unto him trapped him. He thougt he will rob him. He kicks him then call the gaurds. Upon the gaurds checking on the hunchback's body they discover it dead. Then accuse the drunkman for murder. They bring him into the judge to testify his fault. Then the result is a death sentence.

Because of conscience the persons that pass the hunchbacks body came out and admit the judge that it was their fault. But in the end they realize that it is all an incident. And that makes all the people laugh..

                 

The soul of the great bell summary

The summary of the "soul of the great bell":

Five hundred years ago the celestial august and yung-lo command the worthy official kuan-yu to make a bell that can be heard one hundred li far. 

He then accept it and gathered all the bellsmith and the moulders of their village. 

They began to work...but as the time goes by they discovered that the result fails. 

The material used dont embrace each other. 

They planned to make again,a second time but, the result showed up even worst.

His daughter kongai was worried upod looking on his father's eye full of worry and sadness because of the result. She then decided to visit an astrologer to consult and also to give her answers.

"Gold brass well never met in wedlock, silver and iron will never embrace,until the blood of a virgin will mix in metal fusion" the astrologer said.

Kongai then realized the astrologer's words.

 Then she hurried back. As she came she see how the workers work hard for the bell. 

Kongai knows that if her father fails on making the bell the life of his father is the exchange. 

Kongai leaped into the white flood of metals and furnace of lava that is ready to recieve her. All was shocked including his father and the women that holds her shoe. 

After that moment they looked upon the result. A beautiful bell appeared with wonderful colors. 

Above it it also has a deep mellow sound that can be heard one hundred li far. 

Between every stroke people remember kongai and keep on silence upon hearing the bell low moan.

But when it hard sobbing sound heared the mothers tell their kids. "Listen thats kongai calling for her shoe. 

That kongai calling for her shoe.
